As part of the visa application process, you may be required to submit a Letter of Invitation from the MTIC 2027 Organizing Committee.
A Letter of Invitation is an official document that confirms the payment of registration fees and formally invites the paid registrant to attend and participate in the upcoming conference. In other words, it provides the holder with a legitimate official reason to enter China. This letter may be required by your institution for administrative purposes, and it is likely to be one of the mandatory documents for visa application if your country does not have a visa-exemption agreement with China.
The MTIC 2027 Organizing Committee is unable to provide Letters of Guarantee. Please note that a Letter of Guarantee is distinct from a Letter of Invitation. Depending on your professional status, background, and nationality, you may be asked to submit both or either of these documents.
A Letter of Guarantee is a written commitment by an individual or entity to assume legal and financial responsibility for you during your stay in China. If you know an individual or institution in China willing to act as your guarantor, they may issue such a letter. Alternatively, if you have no local contacts, Chinese immigration authorities generally accept your home institution or university as the guarantor.
All questions or concerns regarding the status of your visa application should be directed to the Chinese immigration authorities or the Chinese Embassy in your home country.
Please be aware that if your visa application is denied, MTIC 2027 cannot alter the decision of the Chinese immigration authorities, nor will it engage in any discussion or correspondence with the authorities or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant.
Beyond providing a Letter of Invitation, MTIC 2027 is not authorised to assist with any other aspects of the visa process.
