Registration Regulations

1. Student discount is only available if the first author of the paper is a student. And please provide valid student proof.

2. If the full paper (Word double-column) is no less than 4 pages, and exceeds 5 pages (i.e., starting from page 6), each additional page will be charged 60 USD or 400 RMB.

3. Each paid registration covers only one paper; Additional paper price is only applicable to the same first author who already has a regular registration.

4. Onsite registration is applicable to presentation only (abstract submission) and delegates. If you would like to register onsite, you are required to give us a notice before July 09, 2027 for preparing you materials.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If a registrant requests to cancel their registration and receive a refund for personal reasons, the following refund policy applies:
